The basic principles will be found by looking for the term AJAX. Using AJAX, you can have a webpage that fetches data periodicaly, or in response to a button-click or something, and updates a map. You can have the server end fetch data from a database, from some other service, from a device, etc etc. It might help if you can describe what you're trying to achieve. Are you trying to move a marker along a predetermined route? Or tracking an object? Or display some historical record of movements? cheers, Ross K --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
