Hi all While recently looking for homes for sale in an area in Sydney, Australia, I had a very clear idea of location specs eg within walking distance to the beach, close to a park, close to transport to the CBD etc. However, to find homes for sales with these specs required several days of trawling real estate sites and visiting agencies.
That's when I had this grand idea. It occurred to me that a very profitable business layer could be established by Google Earth and Real Estate sales. When looking to buy real estate, it would be very convenient to use Google Earth to home in on localities of interest and see all properties for sale, with basic information label such as price, auction, link to the relevant Real Estate site. Perhaps Google already has something similar.
