Try adding this:
GLog.write(label+"["+parts.length+"]:("+lat+","+lng+")|"+html
+"|"+maxContent+"|"+icontype);
to your loop that processes your feed (just before you call
createMarker).

You will see that the last field is always "undefined" (so you get the
default markers), you need to fix your feed so it is "red" or "blue"
for the appropriate markers.  FYI - most of your entries only have 4
parts (0-3), the first few have 5 parts (0-4), so parts[5] is always
undefined.
