It means that: 1. "Maps API geocoder" is an application to use only to obtain Google Maps? or "points" is refered to "markers" and so: 2. "Maps API geocoder" can be used only to display "markers" provided embedded with the map images?
For example: I can insert my markers in the map without need of further authorization by Google? I can place on the map (without cover, remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on Google services) a transparent image with my own markers in solid, or other icon images? -Luigi Brancaccio On 8 Set, 21:49, "maps.huge.info [Maps API Guru]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > You'll have to decide how they apply in your own situation or if still > unsure, read the posting guidelines, and reply back with a lot more > detail, including a link to your map, on how you think what you want > to do is a violation. > > There's another choice too, hire a lawyer to decide for you.
