I think you'll have to be a bit clearer. Sure, it certainly is possible to show multiple maps in a website, one map per page or several per page. If you mean by "slaving" them together, having them all move in concert automatically, that can also be done. From your description, I'm guessing you want a bunch of maps showing the same center, then that's fairly easy. You might want to look at the static maps API, unless you want to have other things that you create on the maps as well, like your cycle paths.
