Resizing a browser window shouldn't alter the scale of the map, so it
shouldn't change the polygon size. Please let us experience what you
do --
- provide a link
- say which browsers you've experienced the issue with (IE6? IE7? IE8?
Have you tested Firefox or something else?)
- say how to reproduce the issue
- describe what you experience
- describe what you expect to happen instead
