Google states in their terms of use that they don't want their maps to give the locations of private individuals, but I'm curious what exactly this means. I know the rule sounds a bit straight forward, but if I put a marker on a map stating that an individual is somewhere in the United States would that really be violating their Terms of Use policy. If not, then at what point does it? State? City? Zip Code? Street?
