The top level tiles are mine ... and will be put in a "permanent host" for public consumption (I willl announce) shortly. I may be improving it some more by putting bathymetry on more lakes like I have the Great Lakes or using better resolution elevation if I can find it the US data is really nice. I am considering calling them the MicroImages Structural Earth set..
The overlay tiles are the hybrid layers overlay and at deeper levels if you recheck http://www.dyasdesigns.com/geoxml/global.html you may notice that after the zoom level reaches 9 the custom map type I am using hot swaps both the tile response and the copyright response.
