Hi Group, I'd like to forward the users of my website to maps.google instead of embedding a map on my site with the google maps api. With google search this is simple, because you can encode the word you search for in the link like this:
<a href="http://www.google.com/search?q=hello";>Search for hello on google</a> But how do you do this with google maps? I searched the internet and the group, but couldn't find a way how this could be accomplished.
