Hi All I have quite a bit of content (image overlays + markers), that I would like to put together on a simple 2D image a bit like the static version of Gmaps.
I wont be using GMaps data at all. I'd just like to generate my own static version of my data by stitching back together all my overlays + markers to have one 2D map. If I manage to position all the elements properly, Ican do the Image stitching using Php GD Lib. But That's my problem , I want to be sure they are well positionned. So before starting anything I prefer to ask maybe someone has allready done it ? what would be the formulas or techniques I could use to manage this ?
