This is almost a FAQ.
There are several options (search the group to find "example code" for
each):
1. use tabbed infoWindows (doesn't work well for "lots of markers" in
the same location.
2. add random (or not so random) offsets so they aren't on top of each
other.
3. something else...
It really depends on what your data is and why they are in the same
location, which we can't tell (you didn't post a link to your map...)
