i've been developing with ASP.NET/C# for a few weeks now and i've been trying to incorporate google maps into my web application, but i've been finding that there are quite a few of these different "Google Maps Controls" to use and i just don't know which one is worth my time. should i even be using ASP.NET?? most of the stuff i'm doing i know i can do with PHP. is there a "recommended" language to use for server-side programming with the API?
