Hey people, I am having trouble with the key generated by the google maps key sign- up site.
My application runs on a webserver, using Java and >>Tomcat<< for developement and deploying the app. >>Apache<< webserver and the >>JK Connector<< "connects" to my Java app. Tomcat App can be acceses through http://194.123.321.123:8080/appname --> if I generate a key for this url, and acces my sides such as http://194.123.321.123/appname/maps.jsp, everything works fine. If Jk Connector is installed and configured, it is possible to visit the exactly same site such as http:/ www.mywebsite.com/ -->So I generated a key for http:/www.mywebsite.com/ and switched it with the other one. Unfortunatly, everytime a page with google maps content is being loaded, a java window alert pops up and says: "This Key was generated for another site.." Anyway, you can see a map and the point(s) being set by the selfmade code... (a bit strange somehow ;) ) ...but many functions I have added don't work (e.g. zoombar is not visible, but it should be, map type cannot be changed, but I activated 2 of them...) I hope anyone can help, Thank you, Frithjof --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
