I don't think it was there when I looked.
Anyway, in browsers other than MSIE [1], you have to create the div
before you can put a map into it. The "a" that's "not defined" in the
first Javascript error is document.getElementById("map").
[1] At least I don't think there are any other two-pass browsers other
than those that use the MSIE rendering engine. Gecko-based browsers,
such as Firefox, are one-pass browsers.
