Those numbers look more like Eastings and Northings [i.e. distances in 
metres from some reference point, like a national grid reference] than 
Lat and Long. Except for the fact that Eastings don't usually go West.

If they are Eastings and Northings, then they're completely useless 
unless you know where the reference point is, or what national grid 
reference system they're from.
