Unfortunately, USGS (EPSG:4326) & Google use different projections. I
have had to fake it by slicing the overlay into strips. I am not
aware of a FREE OGC zip code overlay. The U S Census Department zip
code (ZCTA) cartographic boundary files are too old to be useful.
