Hi Santosh, I've replicated your problem on a simpler map with a single marker.
The javascript error occurs (in IE7 only) when the image icon is replaced with an animated gif image. The problem seems to relate to interaction between the browser cache and the image cache in Google Maps. The problem only happens the first time you visit the page.
