Hi, There is no error right now. I don't know what happened but I didn't changed my code. I guess it was because I tried to intervally call getLatLng too often (about 400 times intervally per page refresh). However, it is working fine many times until that night through yesterday morning.
But today it is working fine. However, I think that the problem was NOT about API because my friend in USA can see no error that time. Anyway, thank you for your response. I'm considering other way to implement it instead of using getLatLng method intervally like that.
