I debated a long time if this would be allowed or not, and I believe
it doesn't go against Google TOS as it doesn't change or alter any of
Google's services, it only renders the tiles from MS as another map.

(Pamela or any other googler, if I'm wrong let me know)

Regarding the language issue, I agree it is a problem, sometimes I've
seen a poor command of English in some of the questions, and for the
people who asks the question, answering in the same language would be
a bonus (at the expense, I recognise, of the remaining visitors who
don't speak that language). The original poster is the one who has the
greater need as they left the original question.
