I was working on this problem last week, I think I just needed to get away from it for the weekend. With an explanation of what I was doing wrong I was able to figure it out. Now I just have to get rid of that slow loading business. Is it possible to use the marker manager with the sidebar? Could I maybe just limit how many markers are displayed on the screen at the time? What would you recommend?
