easiest way:
1. put it on a publicly available website
2. type the URL of it into google maps
3. click on "Link"
4. take the "Paste HTML to embed in website" and paste it into a page
on your site.

If you want to use the API, investigate GGeoXml, GeoXml and EGeoXml...
