Im reletivly new to javascript and noticed a "?" at the end of some
variable names and i dont know what it means or how i could use it.

If i had to guess i would say it means the variable is optional.
So if it truly does mean a variable is optional does that mean i could
skip testing if something is null by just appending a "?" to the end
of the param declaration?
That would be cool

Im just trying to understand

Thanks
