You can wait for that! ;-) The Geocoder, (any geocoder), is a piece of software that translates between a street address and geographical coordinates, (lat/lon). That's all. Never mind who lives there, or what bussiness is there. The only thing that may need to get modified is if a new street is built, or an old one is removed. If Peter lives at 1200 Adams street, and then moves to 1500 Johnson street, the geographical coordinates of both addresses remain the same. The streets themselves do not move. The geocoder does not deal with Peter at all.
