There are some reasons given there for why a link is requested.

Your code looks rather like Java. Is this a publicly-accessible web
page? If it isn't something that anyone can get to, you might like to
review the Maps API Terms of Service and FAQ. If it's Flash/Flex, you
need the other group: http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-api-for-flash/
(That's also in the posting guidelines)
