I guess you could put an iframe inside an ELabel. I can't think of any 
reason why that wouldn't work, but it might look messy if the iframes 
are large and overlap, and it might run rather slowly if there are lots 
of them.

In most cases it would be better to use conventional markers, and only 
show one iframe at a time when the user selects the corresponding 
marker.
