You may need to consider exactly what you are trying to achieve here, and why. Let's say a user draws a polygon around a city ... you might (eventually) get 4 million addresses returned from whatever process you use ... not sure what use that is, or how big your textarea is!! Do you really need that, or would street names be enough? and so on .. it all depends on your purpose whch you haven't revealed.
