Do bear in mind that apart from two people, everyone here is a developer of mapping applications using the API. Only two members out of 31000 are Google employees. A "please," or "I'd be grateful," or even "Thanks in advance" wouldn't go amiss! With the information you have given, how is anyone to look into the issue, let alone resolve it? You haven't even given the URL which works. AND... it only affects two of the PCs in your office, and it's difficult to reproduce. So I suspect that it's a transient local issue affecting those PCs. No way of knowing though, without actually trying it...
