If your iPhone does not support "mousemove", the fix may not work.
You may have to wiggle your finger on the screen to produce a
"mousemove".  The state name at the top of the screen should
correspond to mouse position.

FWIIW, I cannot click either the "Photos" icons or "Wikipedia" icons
displayed by maps.google.com.  The GLayer stuff does not work for me
either.  The API is rapidly growing out of control.
