I want to develop a website using php and postgresql (backend) to capture the longitude and latitude values in GMaps and place them in the database. my webpage should be divided into 2 parts. one part contains the google Map and the other part contains the webpage with few input fields and then store them to my database.
My question is how do i get the longitude and latitude values from the google Map to my database? can anyone show me an example of "how to get latitude and longitude values when user clicks on the gmap. I need to get those values in text fields.
