Let the owners do it for you ....
If they are adding their own details, you can set your 'form' page up
to offer a best-guess map based on postcode, and let them drag the
marker to where the hotel really is.  When they're ahppy you retrieve
and store the lat/longs with teh rest of their info.  This is going to
be more accurate than any geocoder (right side of the road, etc)
