That file plots just fine in Google Maps:
http://maps.google.com/?q=http://clients.businessbox.co.uk/dev/kml/test.kml
so it should work in GGeoXml in the API.

<address> tags are not supported in the Google Maps site or GGeoXml,
but other KML parsers should be posisble to extend them to work using
GClientGeocoder.

BUT beware that UK postcodes are not well supported in the API anyway,
typical accurcy is about 2km. Not a lot you can do about it.
