Pamela: It looks like sticky posts are currently not being sent to people who subscribe to the group by email. This happened a few years ago, and then seemed to have been fixed.
It looks like it's been going on for a while now, because I have no record of seeing the new posting guidelines that you stickied on 2 Sep. I only saw this thread because someone replied to it.
