Amazing larry sir..tht was exactly what i was trying to do..i think i
need to get back to the drawing board and read the api reference
again...I am planning to extend this for multiple vehicles..saying
like having a drop down menu saying number of vehicles and then
clicking on points to give them their directions with the camera not
panning being very still and not panning to any particular car..Hope I
succeed in this..to give you a brief idea what i am aiming my whole
project to be.

I want my vehicles to move along the road(Duh!) and have uav(unmanned
air vehicles)  flying over the city and tracking these vehicles..The
motion of the UAV will obviously not be a GDirections object...thts
why i was trying to get a 2d 3d view side by side so that i can show
my uav in 3d and in 2d also....
