Just add the <a...>...</a> tags into the HTML within the infoWindow. You need to be careful about quotes and apostrophes if you're incorporating Javascript variables. If you can't get it to work, please follow the posting guidelines and post a link to your map, explaining exactly what you would like to happen instead of what does happen.
