There are only about 25 organizations in the world that advertise that they provide Google Maps API development. You could contact them all and ask if they happen to be located in Melbourne. I think the chances are pretty slim. Of you could start from a search like this: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=web+developer+near+melbourne You could contact some of them and ask if they have Javascript skills and would be willing to learn up Google Maps API.
