Hello, I am trying to create an XSL stylesheet to create a Google Maps mashup. I managed to create a stylesheet that works if used with xsltproc to produce html/xhtml.
However, I would like to push the XSL tansformation to the browser, sending an XML file with a <?xml-stylesheet ... ?> tag pointing to the XSLT. However, I get error messages "document.write is not a function" and "GMap2 is not defined". A previous post from 2007 (can't reply to that post, but you find it if you search for "XSL stylesheet for GPX files") reported a similar issue. Anybody knows what I have to do in order to get Google Maps working using browser-side XSLT? Are there any maps alternatives that are known to work?
