Hello,
I've been working on creating a map via the gmaps api. It was
working fine yesterday, but today it gives me an error message "The
Google Maps API key used on this web site was registered for a
different web site." I am afraid I may have inadvertantly gotten it
disabled because I was viewing the map from localhost while I was
working on it (where it still works fine). I registered for and
received a new (different) key, but it still does not work. Have I
been banned or something?
I have made use of the api documentation and several tutorials,
and read the posting guidelines, faq's, etc., and still haven't
figured this out.
My map is here:
http://www.hsvcontinentalleague.org/Home/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=21
The keys were registered for the domain www.hsvcontinentalleague.org,
which lives on a shared linux server hosted by 1&1. The html file
containing the map code also resides within this domain. Also, I am
developing on OSX 10.5 (Intel), browsing in Firefox 3.0.3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
