I am looking for sites that have done a good job on the user interface to create and position markers on maps (lat/lon and/or cursor placement) and annotate those markers with text, images etc. I've looked at a lot of sites but I can't discern any clear UI conventions emerging yet. Does anyone have a favorite site or two that they could point me to? Just to clarify, I'm only interested in the UI itself at this point, not the dev work associated with delivering the UI. Thanks.
