That will work, but you need to make sure your locations are
reasonably close to roads (I can't remember what the tolerance is),
and that there is a route between them. In the case of your example,
you get error 604, which indicates that no route can be found.

In fact 52.5666, 4.456 is in the North Sea and 65.677, 5.5667 in the
Norwegian Sea, so it's not particularly surprising...
