Hi. How do I report a breach of Google TOS relating to the use of Google Maps?
There is a UK based company (http://www.ibigroup.com/home.html) that provides map-based digital video of roads/highways in a software browser. A Desktop Version & an Interactive Version: http://www.routemapper.net/software/ They sell this product commercially and as a client, in order to access paid for footage, you are required to go to a password secured area which is accessible only to you. In other words; it is not 'open to all' as would be necessary for them to be using the Google Maps API without charge. They do not have the Google Maps API Premier license, so it is baffling how they get away with benefiting commercially from this without having to pay anything. Who should this matter be reported to as it is a serious breach of Copyright on several levels (Google/Ordnance Survey/Telemap) etc?
