You have too many " characters in your API script tag:
 <script src="http://maps.google.com/maps?
file=api&amp;v=2&amp;key="ABQIAAAAwHCj4U1nw_Z7yD8LNjbuphQJXznFX7xpz8b97g7B_CA7mUuWGhSNkA1aVAn5FKSdKz64HwrzbFyc6g"

Currently the src attribute doesn't include the key as it stops at
key=.
