So, I fixed most of the xhtml strict mistakes, only some remained which really shouldn't be the reason, why I can't see the map for first load. (Now even in IE6 the sidebar is visible :p ) The CSS is not fully rewritten so the page looks now a bit strange, but is 'almost' valid. A screenshot after the first load: http://hungeri.extra.hu/gmaps1.jpg and another just after zooming out and in with mouse scroll event: http://hungeri.extra.hu/gmaps2.jpg
These are from FireFox 3. In IE8 it is almost the same, but some map pics load for the first time as well, but only a few, not all one. Zooming out and in solves this problem immediately here, as well. I can use IE6 only by remote desktop, but it seems, the result is the same as in IE8. (The link for the screenshot is http://213.253.212.178/index.php?jker=8 ) The map is visible as soon as I zoom back! It must be some other reason, not the HTML validity... Any ideas? Anyway, thank You for the patience...! On nov. 8, 15:29, Rossko <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > P.S.: Even the sidebar was good in IE6?! I would be very surprised... > > Sidebar?
