I agree with Andrew, must be a problem with the print css. Arjen, Andrew: did you noticed the polyline of your route is NOT printed? If you need a dirty fix, look here: http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=739 And don't forget to star this issue :-)
