Are your users by any chance using Internet Explorer?

And do you link to that page from a Flash Movie?

If so there was  a specific bug mentioned a while ago with those
specific criteria, no idea if it was fixed.

Google recently tightened up the key checking and seems the method is
not totally bullet proof :(
