While I appreciate genuine comments of support, the following from
Ross isn't very helpful and is obviously sarcasm of sorts!  I don't
ask many questions and I plough through most of my code on my own,
after my friend (the developer) had to leave for a paying job!  I'm
simply trying to develop a FREE service for Londoners!  I've spent
hours on Mikes website and with all due respect to him, some of his
examples do miss the 'beginner' hurdle and jump right into the
'intermediate' ...

I don't think answering someones technical question with another
question is helpful in the slightest.  I've seen hundreds of replies
like this on the google newsgroups and it's a shame, because it gives
most of you guys a bad rep and makes you unapproachable.

Hilarious really.  If people knew the answers already, they wouldn't
be here.  Kind of nulls the point of this group!
