I can connect and see a map with no markers.  It looks like the
markers are being geocoded on the fly.  You may want to look at this
page from Mike Williams' tutorial:

or this one:
Part 16 Geocoding with error handling
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/geo.htm
(so you can see if the geocoder is returning errors, and if so, what
they are)
