Google Maps with ArcGIS Server and Google Chart API http://mapperz.blogspot.com/2008/07/gis-geoprocessing-google-maps-api.html
The Process: Google Maps API - Maps and Editing Tools. (sends a polyline to the arcgis server) GIS Geoprocessing (Online) - Buffering, Intersecting and Clipping Data (buffers the polyline, uses the buffer to intersect gis data) Google Chart - Visualises the Data to the end user in a simple pie chart. (reports back the gis data in simpler format) Works anywhere in the USA. in action here. http://mapperz.brinkster.net/Drive_Time/index.html (nothing to do with drive time yet!)
