The API geocoder is expecting it to be called Tel Aviv: the "Yafo" bit is confusing it (the API geocoder is different from the Google Maps geocoder, and they do not necessarily work the same way). Although I have no idea why it's decided that "Yafo" is the same as "Sofia".
