No it does not, as that is a test page for improvement, the main version of the page is reachable by everyone... See "Google Maps/Google Earth APIs Terms of Service" Point 9.1 b) "your Maps API Implementation must not: operate only behind a firewall or only on an internal network (except during the development and testing phase)." I think, the page is defenelety under developement, so please focus on my question or show me if I am wrong now!
