Thanks for responding guys... If you have the time to do a bit of screen refreshing, here's one of the map pages that displays people who have expressed an interest in GM's Chevy Volt electric car by the state in which they live.
http://www.evworld.com/geocode/map_phevsurvey.cfm If you refresh the screen say 10-12 times, you'll see that the error message comes up. I have tried everything I can think of to narrow this down, without luck. I have other maps that are also impacted, by this, so I've had to turn them off until we can track down the problem. Towards that end, I'd be happy to contract for with a skilled Google Maps coder to help fix this problem and add a number of other map features to the EV World.Com.
